PCASE Evaluation Workshop Recordings and Material

We make PCASE workshop recordings and materials available to those in the Pacific and Southwest Asia, people who have time constraints that prevent them from attending a PCASE workshop, and people who just want to review workshop modules. You do not have to register for a workshop to access the recordings. Just sign in with your email and password or create a new login. You can either view the recordings on-line or download them as well as the materials from the most recent workshop. If you have any questions, please email Matthew.D.Bennett@usace.army.mil.

Who Can Attend?  Open to all PCASE Users

Airfield pavement evaluation workshop with focus on evaluation fundamentals and functionality of PCASE 7.0, including setting up Inventory, the Evaluation Checklist, the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer DCP module, the Airfield Pavement Evaluation APE Module, and PCASE Evaluation Reports. There will be an optional session on day 4 covering layered elastic analysis.

PCASE is the DoDs pavement design and evaluation application. This four, half-day hands-on computer workshop will be conducted using WebEx and will cover pavement evaluation fundamentals as well as live demonstration / hands-on exercises. The primary focus is on APE CBR/k analysis of paved surfaces using DCP data. Day 4 will include an optional session discussing the Layered Elastic Evaluation Program LEEP module. There will be optional homework assigned each day and an end of course exercise that students will complete and return to get a certificate of completion.
