The annual Tri-Service Rail -Transportation meeting serves as a platform for updating HQ and Field Operating Agency-level government and advisory and assistance contract employees in the rail-transportation community. It also provides a forum for exchanging ideas and establishing inter-service relationships.
The 2025 meetings will be conducted in Vicksburg, MS. The buildings/meeting rooms for the rail meetings will be included in the agenda when it is posted. The main sessions will be held on 25 and 26 FEB 2025. The meetings will include updates from Subject Matter Experts on current issues, updates from Industry representatives, presentations on management, planning, design, and construction topics, and updates from Service labs as well as the ERDC and its partners on current research. Information regarding hotels in the area will be posted.

We make PCASE workshop recordings and materials available to those in the Pacific and Southwest Asia, people who have time constraints that prevent them from attending a PCASE workshop, and people who just want to review workshop modules. You do not have to register for a workshop to access the recordings. Just sign in with your email and password or create a new login. This workshop is conducted using WebEx and consists of five, four-hour sessions with slide presentations and discussion. Topics include Geometric Design Criteria for Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Airfields, Drainage, Pavement Markings, Arresting Systems, Design Packages and Specifications, and sessions on Jointing, Pavement Repair, Joint Sealing, and Grooving Details. The last day will also include intro to airfield electrical design. If you have already taken the design course and just want to take the last day for electrical please email James Heusel.
