All New PAVER™ 7.1.3 is here!!
- All US Government Common Access Card (CAC) Holders will be able to download below. You can now use the "Verify Your CAC" option to activate PAVER™. If you are installing PAVER on a non-network computer without a CAC, you will need an activation code. After downloading, please send your activation code request to George.W.VanSteenburg@usace.army.mil.
- For non US Government downloads, please contact the appropriate Software Distribution Center.
- For US Government personnel; when downloading from the links below, select the non-email CAC certificate when prompted.

DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assess Only: PAVER 7.x has completed the RMF Assess Only Process in eMASS. Army policy requires that Information System Security Officer (ISSO) at each installation review the signed System Security Plan and make a determination before installing software on their respective networks. The signed PAVER System Security Plan Dated 29 Jan 2024 is available at the link below. (CAC Only)
