The MicroPAVER™ team has developed survey data sheets for sample units. These forms are provided as an aid and guideline to assist you in further developing your pavement management efforts. The format of these forms is consistent with the distresses and sampling techniques used with the Pavement Condition Index (PCI™), MicroPAVER™'s primary condition index.
